I've never heard somebody say "fastidious" so casually, but it might just be me.
Otherwise, this is a good addition. It's nothing astounding, mind-warbling (it makes sense, just go with it). To me, I see this as a bridge between one climatic moment and another. In any case, Donny is developing with a ferocious speed. And I sympathize with Janet, now, for her being so left out, dragged behind and pushed aside.
