Uh...Help. (with accents...)

Er...How would I go about saying "Hey, nonny nonny nonny, no!" in a Spanish-ish accent? I'm trying to think and I can't imagine anyway possible...

I'm pretty fluent in spanish, but...I have no idea, or a way or showing it either.

Or you can just watch some soap operas on Univision, and you'll probably get the accent right.

Hmm... I do believe the o's are all short in spanish just like in the spanish 'no'. Hope this helps.

So, "Nonny" would be "No-nee" with a short O and long E.

And Hs are not pronounced.

Hey is pronounced the same way in spanish. Its just an objection to the H rule.

"Hey, noh-nee, noh-nee, noh-nee, noh."

And then the 'o' in 'nonny' (for exaggerative effect) could be long - though in 'no' it is short.

I know all this stuff you're telling me. -__- I'm going into Spanish 2. However, the "nonny" threw me off. I never really thought of saying 'no-knee.'

Anyways, I've got what I wanted.

And why? Well, today's my first performance in a musical called "Once Upon a Mattress." I decided it would be funny if I added a mustache and Spanish accent to my knight character. The director ended up liking it, and wanted me to sing in the accent, too.

Ah, well now you know it double, triple...etc. Right? Only kidding. ^_^

Oh, I enjoyed Once Upon A Mattress (!), assuming it's the same musical. It was performed at our local Little Theatre a few years back.

I think... It has a gnaw sound to it anyway. So it should sound like Non-nee.

But 'hey' is still said the same way, since it was a word brought from english-speaking countries to spanish speakers. Its basically spanglish.
