Messenger, I'd start checking out local newspapers/newsletters, seeing if your local library and public school has any information when it comes to contests. There's bound to be some near you if you really want to enter a bigger contest than what's here. Also, don't forget to check out the Contests subform here on YWS. There's all kind of contests there too.
