I love to read and write poetry and short stories. I am also a classical musician and I find that writing and making music go very well together.

I like the writing that I've found on this site and I hope I can meet other readers and writers who enjoy the same things I do.

So on this site you can post up those poems and short stories (or any other literary work you may have) and expect feedback from some of the other members here. You can then return the favour by reviewing other people's work too!

I agree that writing and making music go very well together. I'm a musician too, but not a classical one, I play the electric guitar. Although I really do love listening to classical music, especially when I write.

A useful place to check out it is the Buddy System. It's a club where you can find a mentor to guide you for your first month or so on YWS- helping you navigate around the site, reviewing your works, and just generally with any other troubles you may have.

You know I am starting to wish I had posted one of these when I had joined. XD

Well anyways I am Jonathan as my frofile clearly states. You should also check out the Buddy system, it is super fun even though I never got a mentor or anything like that.
