Hello all!

My name is Jake and I happened to stumble upon this site out of boredom. Seemed like a nice place to share some ideas and post a few chapters, so I figured I'd join up!

I am currently working on a novel dubbed Shattered Skies, which I will explain in greater detail over in the Writer's Corner. I'm hoping to get some feedback on the story so far, as well as when it progresses.

I mostly write story in the science-fiction and post-apocalyptic genres, though I have written small fantasy works here and there. My stories tend to have dark tones with themes of rebellion, betrayal, and despair flowing through them. Love and romance sneak in here and there, but I prefer to stay around the nitty-gritty.
