This type of poem is called a Tanka. I just learned about it, and started working with it (format is 57577-syllables)
The sound of the drums
Echoes sweetly in my ears
Reminicing of
Your perfect voice, as sweet as I
Can remember, never less.

It was sweet. You should add more in some sort of series, unless that wouldn't make it a Tanka... but just a ... Ultimate Tanka
