Congratulations to Shino for being the latest featured member!
Shino is a friendly and encouraging influence around the site, taking the time to review other people's writing and help them along their way. You can find him commandeering the chat room or murdering NaNoWriMo (where I might add he topped the 50k mark by the 17th November). Shino goes that extra mile to welcome a new member with a shiny review and he always has something good to say while being constructive at the same time.
