Good day, y'all.

I hope your all having a wonderful Saturday night. I found this site while being couped up in my house fighting a flu bug. I really enjoyed reading some of the forum posts, especially those in the Serious Debate section. So I've decided to join.

I'm into sports, in particular baseball and hockey.

I'm currently working on a novel about morality, lost of innocence and dealing with a guilty concience. I don't think I will be posting any of my writing on this site here, as I like to keep to it myself and a couple select readers. However, I am looking forward to discussing writing with all of you on the forum.

I also am hoping that through constant embarrassment, this forum will improve my rather wonky grammar.

Cheers, Homer.

Welcome to the site, Homer! It's awesome that you've decided to join us here. :)

Your novel sounds very intriguing, though I understand liking to keep your work to yourself; I'm rather like that, as well.

This is definitely the place to discuss writing. I hope to see you around! If you need any help navigating the site or anything, just let me know.
I aim to misbehave.

Is it weird in here, or is it just me? --Steven Wright

Good evening, Homer. Are you enjoying the site so far?

I was flummoxed by fractious Franny's decision to abrogate analgesics for the moribund victims of the recent conflagration. Of course, to display histrionics was discretionary, but I did so anyways, implicating a friend in my drama to make the effect cumulative. I think a misanthrope would have a prosaic appellation, perhaps one related to autonomy and the rejection of anthropocentrism. I think they wouldn't think much of the prominence of watching the coagulation of tea to prognosticate future malevolent events, not even if those events were related to jurisprudence.
