Creole Henson

Shortly after we finished cleaning, Sandra and Astrid walked in, followed by Kaul. "Sit," he ordered.

He stood in front of his desk, looking at each of us- me harshly. "I'm sure you'd all like to know why I brought you here. Well, perhaps you should ask Creole."

My face burned with embarassment, and I looked into my lap- squirming beneath Kaul's harsh glare.

"As I'm sure you've noticed, Creole skipped off our training exercise this morning." He began to pace. "This behavior is completely irresponsible and will not be tolerated. Remember: you can be replaced."

I wanted to die.

He stopped and examined a cup. "But that's not why I called you in here. I have a mission for you." he sat on his desk. "Can anyone tell me what the Greater Goal of the Dark Tribe is?"

I knew, but I wasn't going to talk. That would be making a target of myself.

"Nobody? Come on, it's in your job description! Sandra, perhaps you can tell the rest of these incompetents what the Greater Goal is."

"The Greater Goal of the Dark Tribe is world domination, through any and all means necessary," she quoted mechanically.

"Thank you, Sandra," Kaul said. "You all know, of course, that our biggest obstacle is the Golden Council. Recently, it has come to my attention that there is a certain person known as the Lost One who, if the Golden Council gets their hands on him, will make them unstoppable, and the Greater Goal will never be realized. Your mission is to find him and bring him to me."

"But... how?" I asked slowly. "Who is this Lost One, anyway?"

He explained the story of the Light Pharaoh, the Dark Pharaoh, and himself, and the spell binding us them all.

"Go now."

We all promptly left the office.

"Nice going Creole," Kyana sneered.

I glared at her. "I didn't know it was mandatory."

"Oh, so you just didn't want to be with us, I see. You're too good for us."

I sighed angrily. "I didn't say that."

"Might as well have."

I clenched my fists. "No, if I wanted to say that, I'd tell you where to meet me- and we'd settle this."

"Bring it."

"Fine. Under the oak by the lake."

Spoiler
I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to do...so if this isn't okay, then anyone can feel free to change the plans.
