Chicago – 1940s It's the 1940s, and the Prohibition era is in full swing. Despite a heavy police presence, Chicago has now become a hot-bed for drug-trafficking, prostitution, corruption and other illegal activities. Amongst all this chaos, two crime families have risen to the top of the scene gaining wealth and power through the illegal and underground bootlegging trade. Both these families are now fighting each other for ultimate control of Chicago city. The Torrio Crime Family: Alfonso 'Alfie' Torrio: He is the kingpin of the Torrio Mafia. His wife died shortly after giving birth to twins and he never remarried. He has three sons. Giovanni Torrio: Known as ‘Smooth talker’. He is his father’s right-hand man and deals with the day-to-day dealings of the family, whether it’s organising business meetings or keeping the rest of his younger brothers in check. Niccolo Torrio: Known as ‘Handsome Nic'. Only a year younger, he resents the fact that his brother is in charge. He's incredibly handsome, but behind those good-looks lies a cold-hearted killer. He is the enforcer of the family, acting upon his father’s orders to kill, bribe their opponents. He’s obnoxious, bad-tempered and cruel, and spends most of his time trying to outdo his older brother. Lorenz Torrio: Known as ‘Mr Hush’. He is the more quiet and reserved twin-brother of Niccolo. He is also the enforcer of the family, but unlike his older twin brother, he takes no pleasure in the crimes he has to commit and often questions the morals of his family’s actions. The LaRay Crime Family: Vincent 'Vinny' LaRay: He is the kingpin of the LaRay mafia. His wife is a former Broadway dancer. He has one son from his previous marriage, and another with his second wife. Danny Vincent LaRay: Known as ‘Dutch’. He is Vinny's oldest son and next in line to his father's empire. He is a reasonable young man who likes to play things by the book and only uses violance as a last resort. Once he does use violance, he is brutal and merciless. His trademark is carving his initials on the dead bodies of his opponants with his custom-made Dutch knife. He doesn't get along with his step-mom because she tends to treat him as an outsider. Deano Vincent LaRay: Known as ‘Li'l Fairy’. He is an ivy league student who attended Harvard. His lack of interest in the family business has led to accusations that he has no back-bone. His older brother goes so far as thinking he's gay - hence the nickname 'Li'l Fairy'. It is unclear whether such rumours are true or not, but his mom is doing her best to ensure that it's not. Georgiana Simone LaRay: Known as ‘G.G’. Her father was a LaRay. A year ago, her parents died in a mysterious car crash. For the past 6 months she has been living with her uncle and aunt. She is only vaguely aware of their criminal activities, mainly because they've done a pretty good job keeping it from her. In order to put a stop to both crime familes, a new federal agent has been brought in to set up a special task force to infiltrate both families in order to bring them down. Important information: Locations: Torrio's: A popular Italian restaurant owned by the Torrio’s. Only the rich can afford to dine there. The Arena has hosted fights for some of the world's top boxers. Name: Niccolo Torrio

Nickname: Handsome Nic, Baby Face(by his older brother)

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Appearance: He has lucious, golden brown hair that he keeps some-what short, and hazel eyes. He is tall at about 5' 11" and has a muscular build. He is very handsome. He always wears dress pants, button-down shirts with ties, and a dark brown overcoat, wich he keeps a loaded gun and a dagger in the pockets.

Role: Enforcer of the family.

Personality: He is very smart, yet he is stubborn, and easily frustrated. He somewhat resents his older brother, because even though he is only a year older, he is his father's right hand man, and gets everything. He also believes his older brother is a bit spoiled, and that everyone favors his brother over him. Even though he doesn't enjoy his role in the family very much, he takes it seriously, not hesitating to kill if necessary. No one taakes the time to get to know Niccolo, but if they did, they'd see his potential, possibly as a business leader. He is interested in writing, though no one, not even his younger brother who is his best friend, knows this about him. Niccolo would like to take his older brother's role in the family, and often tells his father how he feels, but his father just dismisses it. Niccolo always tries to out-do his older brother, but no one ever seems to notice. Deep inside, Niccolo feels unloved, though he would never tell anyone that.

Strengths: Excellent shoot, has great aim, handy with a knife, great fighter, smart, sly, secretive, great writer

Weaknesses: Tries to hide emotions, Never seems better than his brother, consumed by need to outshine brother, stubborn, feels he can't talk to his family about anything other than business

History: Niccolo has known about the family business since he was a little boy. He, even as a kid, was never equal to or better than his older brother in his family's eyes. He was always cast aside, so his brother could be the center of attention. He has always had a secret love for writing. He has never had a real girlfriend. Gets into a lot of trouble with his family a lot whenever questioning his older brother's actions. He wishes, even though he takes his role seriously, and can be a ruthless killer, he wishes to leave the family business. He feels unloved, secretly. He keeps things to himself. He gets into a lot of fights with his older brother, and on occasion, his father. He wants to find a way to get back at his family, for all of his pain they caused. He wishes his family actually cared for him.

Up for love: Sure. He's never had a real girlfriend, and would like to have one.

Other: Always armed. Protective of himself and family, around the LaRays. Even though he hates it, he can be a believable cold-hearted killer, if it means praise from his family.
