The second one is Lavendar. Apparently she is an aimless ninja and was Orochimaru's favorite before Sasuke. She was in his control but when she got into her senses, she ran away. And went into hiding.
This on is after she gets normal and is taken by Amegakure, the rain village. She has crystal release which she can use very properly and has both ice and lightning affinity. Her swords are from the lightning village. Htes Sasuke and thinks Naruto has great potential.
