Hi there! I think you did a good job on this! I can see that you really paid attention to details. The shading on the nose was done right, usually you're supposed to make the bottom part of the nose in lines and then kinda smudge the bridge part when you shade it. And although the picture is kinda small, I can see that you put effort into making the eyes realistic, too. You included dark pupils and added shine which really make them stand out.

On first glance, I would say that your porportions are overall kinda big. The eyes, nose, and mouth could be taken down a notch. A good rule of thumb that I follow is trying to keep the eyes on eye lengh apart. Yours looks about half an eye's length apart, and almost reach the sides of the head. Also, I believe the eyes should be placed a little further down the face. They don't quite reach the middle of the head, but I believe they're supposed to come pretty close. The left eye especially looks a little too high.

One last comment, about the hair. I really like how you drew hair, especially the tips (they're very flowy ^_^). But I think at the scalp she looks a little bare. You should add more hair at the top of the head.

But not bad for a beginner! Keep practicing :D Hope I helped
