About Matsukaze

Hi everybody ^-^
(matsukaze; it means wind in the pines)
I don't have much of a "biography" for you: I grew up in a place, I hated it, I moved, I don't love this new place, but it's better, maybe.

I translate French and Japanese for fun. I have a bit of a tumblr problem. My best friend introduced me to the mind of Søren Kierkegaard, and that's changed me quite a bit. I'm strange, but harmless– say hello.

If you ask for a review, I am going to be completely honest. My word isn't law, obviously, but I'll tell you exactly how I feel. I care about your writing dreams and I want you to be your best, unique self, and I can't help you by sugarcoating things.

Interests

premodern Japan, Wuthering Heights, sewing, reading, translating French poetry, scary anime, Marilyn Monroe, girly stuff, studying Japanese, horror

He began to wonder why he had felt uneasy at all. It was like a man wondering in broad daylight why a dream had appeared so terrible to him at night.
