Hey everyone!
So I guess this is the part were I'll tell you something about myself.
Well, I was born and raised in north Germany near Hamburg.
I am an only child with an overactive imagination who didn't do well with the other kids in her class. But why would I? They didn't gave me any reason to like them.
After all, they were the same kids who told me that, if I would close my eyes and wish real hard something beautiful would happen.... before they pushed me down the stairs.
Ya.... I didn't had many friends, but that was alright with me. I enjoyed being alone. I learned to become my own best friend. And most importantly, I had dreams.
One of my biggest dream was to become a writer... at least that was my dream until my father decided to move from Hamburg, Germany all across the world to Alberta, Canada. Don't get me wrong, I like my new home. But when english becomes your second language it makes it so much harder to be a professional writer.
Anyways in the end, I didn't want to be someone who gives up easily.
So when I joined YWS I was hoping to find inspiring, like minded people who are willing to review my work and help me to improve not only my technical writing errors, but also my linguistic and grammar mistakes.
