I don't remember if I've posted this before but it's awesome. For some reason, she isn't getting any other reviews. She says she's tried approaching people, but no one is reading. It's historical Fiction and she is truly a talented writer.

This novel is FANTASTIC (excuse the all-caps). Honestly, when I first started reading it I wasn't overhwelmingly impressed, but after three or four chapters (they're short chapters), when she started getting into the real meat of the story, the writing is really good. Chillingly good. It's taken me a few weeks of reviewing whenever I can, and I'm almost done with the ten chapters she has posted. And I plan on following this novel through to the end!

That's just what translation is, I think. That's all speaking is. Listening to the other and trying to see past your own biases to glimpse what they're trying to say. Showing yourself to the world, and hoping someone else understands.
