The NaNoWriMo Club

Just like Christmas, NaNoWriMo only happens once a year. And even though we do have a forum set up for it, why not give all of the YWS NaNoers a super special club all our own.

Well, I finished Nano and just wanted to say Congrats to all those that did, and to those that didn't, Don't Give up hope! Writing a novel in a month is an incredibly tough thing to do, and if you didn't finish, this doesn't mean that you didn't try, or that you're not a good author, or a good writer. The thing is, you need to fail to succeed. Not finishing this year could mean finishing way ahead of the pack next year. It could mean new ideas for your next novel. It could even mean inspiration for the next time Nano rolls around. So don't get discouraged, and don't get stressed. Think of your writing as a lifestyle, not as a chore!
