I'm Vanadis, the mother of Claude! (Jiggy is teh Daddy.)
I enjoy fantasy and sci-fi of every kind so much that I pay the $100 for the ticket and countless more for gas to go to Dragon*Con every year. (Okay, so maybe Cruxshadows have something to do with it, too...)
Currently I'm writing Viking-era fantasy, but still stuck at my MC getting punched in the face. That's okay. It'll happen.
Also, Claude is epic and great! Long live Claude!

Hiya! I'm Aery, new to this group as well as YWS. I think I'm getting the hang of it, though. Sort of like just receiving a map to an unknown land and starting on an epic quest to save the world. But, nyah, I prefer urban fantasy. Much easier for me to imagine the view outside my window as the setting of the story and then let myself get carried away with the plot and characters.

Hiya everyone!!! I am Z!
I'm really new to both this group and YWS. A very large amount of my stories are purely fantasy. Mostly epic fantasy and dark fantasy along with romantic too. Gotta have a little bit of romance
Currently I am working on two large scale fantasy stories where I have created two separate worlds But, I am using my creations, the Byari. Who are my demons of sorts, for both of my stories, though they are not linked in anyway except for the Byari themselves. I tend to get carried away with them and the worlds that i create, but hey thats what fantasy is all about right?

Hi, I'm Earthfire. I like pretty much any kind of fantasy. My stories vary between high fantasy and contemporary fantasy. I'm writing a story of the latter kind right now. I'm not really into vampires much though.

I'll write/read basically everything and that bleeds into fantasy... so yeah... I like to experiment with different kinds. I'm playing with a vampire novel, trying my best not to slaughter it. My main focus, though, is on a sorta kinda Tolkien-esque idea. -

Hi, I'm Malamaya, you can call me Maya or Silver if you want. I like anything good really, I'm working on a mythology based fantasy series with a cousin of mine, (we just started on the outlining phase, it doesn't help that we're in different time zones and I have school), It's called "The Myth Series" un original name, I know but it's what we've been calling it for a long time and it just stuck.

@MaryEvans, well, actually any mythology, from Greek to Egyptian to Chinese. You know, it's kinda funny how your last name is the name of the main character, if you remove the -s of course!

Hey! My nickname is generally Fea, but @Markontheworld calls me Sword. Don't ask me why. I write medieval fantasy in an original world and will read/watch most types of fantasy. My favorite authors are Tamora Pierce and David Eddings (<3 the Belgariad XD).
