We all get it and I'm pretty sure we all hate it. I, for one, do! And right now, I seem to have it. BAD. I am so close to finishing my book Poisoned Roses. I know where I want to go with it but I can't seem to put it all together?
Any remedies you know of?
Also, what have you done to overcome your own Writer's Block?
Hope this helps not only me, but others who also suffer from the same curse!
Any suggestions when trying to overcome Writer's Block?

Eww, writer's block!!
My remedy has been the same since third grade, courtesy of my AMAZING teacher.
Take a blank sheet of paper, or a blank word document, or whatever, and begin typing. It's gonna be, pretty much, a solid rant.
"Oh my god! I don't know what to do next!! I need to get to this point so that ________ can happen but I don't know how to get there! ______ will have to do ______ to make ______ possible..."
So on and so forth. Usually ranting like that causes you to think through everything in such a strategic way that you suddenly have loads of ideas.
*nod*nod*
Good luck!

Good Idea, Bella! I have never done that before. I have tried that tree thing where you connect all your ideas together and I have done the list thing. But never that...
I'm going to go try that right now!
Thanks bunches!

More suggestions (Bella's were awesome):
Set aside five or more minutes and just write. Don't think about grammar or puncation. Write everything that comes to mind. There should be no interupts during that time. Eat or use the bathroom before you start so there can't be any distractions. After those minutes are up, look at what you've written and see if you could possible use any of them; maybe even put some together.
Read a book. Maybe you can take that idea and twist it to make it your own.
Read a poem. Use the same concept I just mentioned.
Get out of the house. Ride your bike, walk the neighborhood (if you're allowed to), climb up a tree. Maybe even go to the mall and just sit on a bench with paper and pencil (or pen) and people watch.
Forget about it. Work on something else. Do yardwork, play with your animals, watch tv., etc. Maybe an idea will just come to you.
Hope I helped.

Yeah, always, you had some good ideas to. I have been using the "Work on something else" suggestion by starting new stories and that seems to be working.
Hopefully I will break through this soon
