Did any of you guys hear about a "Bigfoot carcass" being found in a dumpster in the state of Georgia? Right away when I saw the picture I said that it looked like a gorilla costume. Scientists found out that it was a gorilla costume. I did some research and found some things out. In the early 1900s scientists found teeth in caves of China. They were of a prehistoric ape now called Gigantopithecus. During WWII somebody kept the only existing teeth of the ape in a milk bottle for safe keeping! Scientists later found out much more. The creature is the biggest primate to walk on earth and it lived 300,000 years ago. Some people believe that it's still alive though. They think that Gigantopithecus crossed the land bridge connecting Asia and North America and it survived in the new continent until now. Bigfoot, Sasquatch whatever you want to call it, it might still be here.
Do you think Bigfoot is alive?
Bigfoot!

I kind of think it's a load of crap but sometimes I believe there's a Bigfoot, sometimes I don't; it depends on my mood. I don't really know why I think it's a load of crap but I'll probably come back later and give a reason.

I said no but I think that maybe "Bigfoot" was alive. By now the animals must have died. People would see them somewhere and kill them without even knowing what it was. I think that the government scans the country with a satellite 24/7. They might have seen something but they wouldn't tell us anything. They would file it in Area 51 or something.

Oh my good golley goodness! I just saw Bigfoot!
He was at the bottom of the screen on my computer.
Hang on, I'll check if he's still there... OMG! He is! I think he calls himself Bartemius. That might be Latin for Bigfoot. Wait, no. Foot is "pod" in Latin. Hmmmmmmm. -
I think it's just a load of...
If he/she/it did exist why do only certain people see it? Why haven't lots of scientists and such seen it?
*shrugs*

Yeah right....
What's more interesting to me are the native american ledgends... nearly every state in the US has a tribe with some sort of story about bigfoot. The distance between them makes it nearly impossible that they might have exchanged information. But if so, then what were they describing?
Other than that, I think it highly unlikely that such a thing as bigfoot exists. I guess it's possible, but barely. -
What do you mean by "Yeah right"?

I don't know what to believe. Sometimes I read stuff that makes me think there is one, but then again, I've never seen any real proof that it's real. I mean, all of the photos that claim to be of Bigfoot, are just some punk dressed up like a gorilla in the forest. Maybe there could've been a Bigfoot in the past. Thousands of years in the past. But then again, if a Bigfoot did exist, you'd think that it would have a brain near the size of our, making it capable of being infamous. Though, it would have to be somewhere with little human population and a large stretch of wilderness. Hm...
I'm honestly not sure if such an "animal" could exist today, without our discovering it. Or discovering proof that it exists.

I said yes because I don't want to say no..... You should'a put a mabey in there, less confuzing 2 me!

Sorry for the confusion.
I just don't think it's likely that they would keep something like that secret. After all, why would they WANT to keep it secret in the first place? And who is 'they' exactly?
* Sigh * I'm rambling.
Sorry again!

I agree with bookmarker. I think long, long ago, there might have been a Bigfoot. But, being a Christian, I don't believe it existed 300,000 years ago. Maybe something like 6,000. The dust on the moon is only about 7,000 years old, so . . . Do the math. Sorry, I ramble quite often. Back to Bigfoot. I do think it's possible it existed many years ago, but it's highly unlikely it still does today.

Where did you get those numbers? And why does being a Christian necessarily mean you can't believe the world is 300 thousand years old?
You know what, don't answer that. It's irrelevant. Anyway, If it existed that long ago, why aren't there more recent fossils?
I guess I'm not really sure what I think... -
If there was only one or two, then it would be very hard to find a fossil of it.
-
True, but you'd think there'd be more, if there was a sustainable population.
Has anyone seen the show monsterquest??? (Hist. Channel in the US)
