    So guys, I've noticed a rather substantial influx of pieces in recent days that fit nicely under the "Black" category. How about sharing the links to the good ones, so we can share the love of dark things by reviewing them?

    Lerra, though not the most horrifying of tales, has a haunting beauty to it.

    I'm quite new here... But... How's this?

    The blood moon carresses my thirstful eyes,
    The screams thunder with sinful lies.
    I see you under your warm bedsheet.
    You are warm from your head to your feet.
    But then a chill runs down your spine,
    It's a feeling not short of divine.
    And finally this demon comes into view.
    The mirror shows us that the killer is you.

    The rhyme really hurts it. Try rewriting it without a rhyme a fit to and see what you get.

    I like the idea you are trying to get across, but the rhyme does kind of kill the mood >.<. Good job though!

    I have written horror in the form of poetry, but not fiction, though this could be because I haven't written fiction in ages. I did re-vamp an old horror piece for class last week though and added some creepy intro thing which worked really well :D
