Roasted Carrots: 3 Ways
Main Ingredients- Carrots— I like to get the ones pre-cut into sticks, but you could use any cut of carrot you like, cut them yourself or use baby carrots
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
Main Ingredients + Maple Syrup + Brown Sugar = Way One, sweet & smokeyMain Ingredients + Teriyaki Sauce + Brown Sugar + a lil bit of Soy Sauce + Extra Paprika = Way Two, stiry fryMain Ingredients + Your Favorite All Purpose Seasoning for a lil extra + Panko Bread Crumbs + Shredded Parmesan = Way Three, crispyI didn't put any measurements on this one because it's 100% based on vibes and how much carrot you have & the way they're cut. Basically, you want them to be well and coated.
Preheat your oven to 400Bake carrots spread out on a pan until they're tender when pierced with a fork— again will depend on how your carrots are cut! if you are making Crispy Carrots, you probably want to add the panko + parm after they've baked for a little, so nothing burns! halfway through is usally perfect**If you have an airfryer, try frying the carrots either fully or partially!
