  1. Are you somebody who scrolls their tiktok fyp or pinterest feed searching for recipes to add to their ever growing file of yummy finds? Do you love combining flavors and feeling the satisfaction of eating a meal you made with your own two hands?

Me too! And what's more, I love to share my love of cooking and baking with others— it makes the experience 100x better. I've thought about starting a food blog so many times, but the commitment just always made it feel like too much. This seems to be the perfect middle ground. A place to share all my favorite meals & recipes without the commitment of creating an entire blog, and a place to gather with other foodies who love hoarding new recipes as much as I do.

Within this club you'll find reflections, discussions, and recipes.

I want this to be your one-stop shop for inspiration, community, and resources related to feeding your body (realistically, you won't find any intense, complicated, expensive recipes here!) and learning to care for yourself in a more active, present manner.

Feel free to jump in with any comments, resources, or recipes of your own! I'm excited to build this community with you.

    Spoiler
This is a body neutral space. Any discussions of body type, losing weight, or other body related discussions will not be tolerated. This is a place for people who want to learn how to take care of their bodies for the long-haul, not crash diet or harm themselves by not feeding themselves properly. No conversations surrounding calories and restriction will be held here, but we will discuss the nutrient factors of food to highlight the importance of a well-rounded diet (for example, fiber rich foods and protein dense meals may be highlighted for their nutritional benefits).
