general notes n stuff cuz this pad is long as hecc

what happened prior/main events to note:
- Just before being "zapped" back to Nye (as a final and last world-hopping event, irreversible) the crew had what they believed to be their last confrontation w/Tula, Deidra, Katya and their crew. After being ambushed and James and Evaline froze time one last time to avoid everyone dying, the magical note offered a one-way ticket to Nye, which they took.
- Upon their arrival to Nye, they had to rush to save Elias's life, as he'd been shot point blank and was bleeding out. Evaline had a broken arm. Mel had a concussion. Everyone else was mostly alright, nothing too extreme in comparison.
- James had to break the news to everyone that they were on Nye. Everyone is in various stages of acceptance or denial, but Alistair had the biggest visible freak out
- After a night's rest they spend the next day in travel, and they run into a group of goblins. What starts as a mugging deescalates into the goblins asking for help. After going to the goblins' camp and exchanging healing they strike a deal of mutual benefit.
current context:
- They are going to serve as escorts for the goblins through human territory in exchange for resources/healing/maps/security and magic lessons. The trip will take them roughly two weeks on foot, traveling northward (which was in their original, very loose plan). As escorts, to avoid confrontation, some of our humanfolk in the group will stay as scouts ahead of them. In the event of a fight, they'll work together to defend each other. -
takign smol notes for my BRAIN
- it is early summer. they arrived in Nye on the 20th of Sol (first month of Summer)
- on the 10th of Sael they part ways w/the goblins
- on the 12th of Sael they pass thru Sticks (and Blue Suns know James is back around)
- where they at on the map? they are on the edge of the Outlands/in the Wilds (which i referred to as the lawless territories b/4 i landed on a name 100% apparently?) near the town of Sticks, and then move up into the Wilds -
timeline:
-james runs off to find tula/mal/rudy on the 20th of Sael
-james is captured/echanged for mal/rudy on the 29th of Sael
-they're set to arrive in MK @ end of first month of autumn, Aurna, between 28-30th
