Has anybody else read Trash Belongs in the Trash Can? It's probably my favorite webtoon right now! It's listed under romance, but it's more like psychological horror honestly lol

Are you guys comfortable with the daily pass series? I saw some good webtoons there but am hardly able to complete them or simply forget to read them everyday -_-

Lael Generally, I'm okay with them. Sometimes I forget to read them every day, but if I'm really engaged in it, I will definitely remember to go into the app and read. My favorite Webtoon that started as a Daily Pass (not converted into one after completion) is Whale Star: The Gyeongseong Mermaid. As for Original series being turned into Daily Pass after they're finished, well . . . I'm not even going to get started on that.

The thing that may not be as nice is when only one episode comes out per week and yet it's still on Daily Pass. But in the end, since it's free, I don't really have any serious complaints.

Mageheart ^ I second pretty much everything Lael said! I'd prefer if they weren't daily pass because I always forget to read them, and eventually they become like weekly updates anyways, but I'm pretty chill with reading daily pass stories. I've actually gotten pretty far with Monster Duke's Daughter, Mystic Prince, and Charming the Duke of the North.

  • Return of the Blossoming Blade/Return of the Mount Hua Sect is a webtoon I'd reccommend to anyone, it's really good if you like engaging action and comedy!

  • Jupiter Men is such a cute superhero Webtoon comic… it updates reliably and it’s a lot of fun. Not that many episodes so far because it’s kind of new, but I definitely recommend!

Mageheart I've also really been enjoying that one! It's fun reading about siblings, especially in a webtoon where romance doesn't seem to be the main focus.

Also the kids are adorable & I'm very much obsessed with their powers.

  • Do ye'all have any good Webtoon recommendations? Bonus points if it involves cats, or space.

Lael Not sure if this fits what you're interested in, but have you heard of The Witch and the Bull? There's a lot of important things in the story that have constellations involved. I personally haven't read it in a while, but I felt like it was a good story so far.

  • HOW is true beauty 8 episodes away from ending?? Just how??? I can’t believe I’ve been reading this for nearly 4 years since those clickbait-like ads on YouTube for it got me good and now it’s ENDING

  • There's just something really cool about seeing multiple Canvas Webtoons become Originals. I got into the habit of reading Canvas ones this past year because I was caught up on all of the Originals I was even vaguely into, so now I keep seeing new Originals that I recognize from Canvas.

(Even if I never really got into the Canvas version.)

I'm just so happy for those comic creators. <33

  • Really want Purple Hyacinth to come back! Can't wait for season 3 ><

  • Does anyone read Seasons of Blossom? It’s been a real emotional rollercoaster

Buranko No I don't but it sounds good

  • Is anyone else excited about April Launch Week? I love how they're having big launch events two months in the row - it makes me really excited for future launch events.

(Also, are you excited for any specific Webtoon's release? I'm crossing my fingers the two they haven't revealed yet are ones that I read over on Canvas.)

Lael I usually don't anticipate new Webtoons coming out--I just see one I like when it is released and start reading it (and I'm mostly in it for the free coins). :P But I'm excited for Little Rain to be an original, because I've been waiting forever for that one to come back.

Does anyone here read Stray Souls?

  • putting this in spoiler cause it's long
    btw, SPOILERS for UnOrdinary

    Spoiler! :
I just read a new chapter of UnOrdinary and.. am I the only one who is beginning to stop wanting to read it ? It's just become so depressing. So dark.
But I think the biggest problem is with John. I mean he's really well written, but after seeing one of your favorite character become, basically, the vilain. And stay that way for pretty much all the remaining chapters it is just so, painful to read. And more so since he was the main character for a major chunk of the story. And sorry for those who don't think the same way, but I feel like none of the other characters hold up to how great John was. So I just.. don't enjoy UnOrdinary as much as I did before.
Through some foreshadowing I even know John is (most likely) gonna die near the end, so I'm even more depressed knowing that.

Don't take this the wrong way if you still enjoy the webtoon, I just feel like dragging THE main character into the dirt and turning him into a straight up bad guy for like more than the half of the novel is, exhausting to read. Physically and mentally :(

  • Guys, CASTLE SWIMMER
