How'd you find that one out? What cipher?

It seems like anonymous gave us some more codes to crack...
First, there are two numbers that were below the original one that jster cracked

AND THEN there's this behemoth

The first one is a ceaser shift cipher. I just put it into an online code cracker and it did all the work for me.
Doesn't seem to work on this newer one though... -
In the one above starting with Utj -> I'm guessing that the part that reads "Gxc Ggkywaw" stands for "Big Brother" ... just because it's the same amount of letters and is randomly capitalized like Big Brother would be -> that should help us solve it.

Yeah, you're right, but I think there's also replacements for each capitalized and lowercase version of each letter as well. Just a heads up for my fellow solvers. <3

(the letters also may be scrambled within each word so that "w" can stand for "r") ... this is a tricky one.

Also I think this clearly shows evidence towards the theory that the classified movement is a scheme to take down Big Brother and the site itself...

That line, "we are anonymous"...
Surely they can't mean THE Anonymous, could they? Also could that thing about our "belief in hopeless fictions" be a reference to our writing? Our creativity? Maybe this isn't just a plot against big brother, but a plot against creative writing as a whole! Maybe they think we should all be doing something else with our time. Maybe all the users involved are just pawns in a greater scheme to remove all creative writing from the internet. What if we're just their first target? What if they're testing their ploy on a smaller site before moving on to bigger ones? Whatever this is, whatever it means, I can't imagine it's good. (Unless it's all just a troll). -
I think the "belief in hopeless fictions" means we exaggerate the importance of #classified .
