  1. FAQ Index

Chances are that you have some questions, so we tried to answer the most common ones here. If you have further questions, contact any Mentor or Supreme Reviewer.

  2. Expectations:

    What is this club for?
    Refer back to mission statement.

    What are the rules?
Here are our official rules for Club and Discord conduct:
    1. No harassment, discrimination, or vulgar slurs. If you see any instances of this behavior or if you find yourself as the victim of it, please contact the staff immediately.
    2. Keep criticism either to individual reviews or the consistent style of a reviewer's reviews. This club and server are meant to build people up and help them improve, not tear them down.
2a. If you want to vent specifically about a member, keep it private. We are a community meant to encourage, not to tear people down.
    3. If you shouldn't say it on YWS, don't say it here. Keep the swearing minimal and PG-13 at the strongest. We could have members younger than thirteen, so everyone has to be mindful of what we say.
    4. You get three strikes before you're banned or kicked (based on the severity of the offense). The moderators reserve the right to kick someone before they've used all the strikes if the user is harrasing people or causing major problems in another way.
5.Personal information outside of Country, State and the equivalents of States, should not be shared. This is for your personal safety.
5a. Never, ever ask someone for specific personal information. Asking timezones or countries is fine, but remember that no one is obligated to say anything. If someone is pressuring you or someone else for any personal information, contact staff immediately and they will be dealt with accordingly.
    6. Listen to the staff members when we say something, even if it's not in the rules.
    7. Please don't impersonate any other member.
    8. No spam.
  3. Leadership:

    Who runs this group?
Breakfast Club is an independent YWS club ran by a group of YWS members and moderators.

    Who are the Senior Mentors?
The Senior Mentors are a group of founding members of the Breakfast Club who oversee the mentors.

    What do mentors do?
Mentors assist in running the club in many ways. They are mostly here to help you, through guidance, answering whatever questions that might arise and running workshops.
If you're not sure who to contact, check the Membership Roster to see who the active staff members are.

    How are mentors chosen?
Mentors have to meet all mentor requirements as well as complete the mentorship application process. For more information please PM a Senior Mentor.
  4. Membership:
