2.1 is out. I'll try to get 2.2 out ASAP, but I'll be busy most of the day tomorrow and am experiencing some minor writer's block, so we'll see. Sorry about the confusion here; it won't happen again. I was just going through my outline and suddenly realized I needed to introduce Silver in the beginning of Hunter and had forgotten XD
