Gyrfalcon, I think. Maybe a Saker. I have a hard time choosing, though...they are all so awesome. And a falcon is a raptor of the order Falconiformes, not Acciptriformes like other hawks. They have a tomial tooth ( a notch in the beak used to sever the vertebrae of prey), and specially adapted nostrils. They have long, pointed wings, and eat primarily avian quarry (with a few species excepted). Also called 'longwings' in falconer vocabulary.
