Hello yello, people of Team Tortwag! ...I seriously need to change this name to something less egocentric-sounding.
Anyways, a looooooot of things have happened since the first Parshen-Up issue, and covering them would be a biiiit too long, so I'll focus on present evolutin. (you know how much I like writing detailed stuff anyway, so I'll spare you the trouble). Let us begin.
♦Video Games.
-In the gaming department, I'm currently playing eXceed 3rd, a Bullet Hell type of Shoot'em up. I've actually managed to finish its Easy mode yesterday (trust the following quote: "if there is one game genre not to be ashamed to start with Easy Mode, it's Japan's very own crazy Bullet Hells"), and I plan to use the next week to switch to Spiral Knights - picture your typical top-down view Zelda game, but online.
Then, next week, either something else or back to eXceed. We'll see!
-Aside that, I've also started Undertale's Genocide Run yesterday. Reached Undyne. Died. Can't wait to continue AND LOSE MY SOUL AS I KEEP ON KILLIN'.
Anyways, do avoid spoilers. I still don't know everything about this yet.
-Oh yeah, and I've also restarted playing a bit of Chocobo Racing due to an SB character I'm workin' on. Who happens to like Chocobos.

I'm finally movign to the Smash Bros competitive world for real, and I'm training as intensely as I can for this tourmanent. My designated target: Europe's best Yoshi player, Zudenka. I an to get out there, try to fight him if he participates, and keep on learning. I don't expect myself to win, but I at least want to go far.
-Oh yeah, and I've picked up Yu-Gi-Oh again. Fun times, fun times.
♦Drawing.
-To be fair, not too much of it. I've drawn a few Gizoids (so the robot like this guy:

Essentially my favorite robot of all time. And one of my favorite ficitonal characters of all time. Top 3, easily. IT SAYS A LOT.[/spoier]And I've tried to work on art for Klonoa: Crusaders of Pugiland, but I've only completed one character so far, and not even in colors. I'm thinking of organizing each week for a specific style (as I have at least 4 I want to work on: Spiral Knight, Gizoid, Weavile, and Knaaren. I'll elaborate on these on another topic more dedicated to art)
-I've also sprited a few things, but same problem: I lack organization to focus. ...FOR NOW...
♦Writing.
-The Last Man Standing is over, and I snatched my victor after 74 weeks of intense writing for my novel, Muster Heroes. Twas the worst writing year ever though, I won't add details to avoid being too dramatic, but so of y'all know about them already.
Anyways, it still means that I have one thing not to worry about anymore, so now it all comes down to completing Klonoa: Crusaders of Pugiland, and keep on writing for SBs. Which, surprisingly, I'm actually catching up too. I've written a post for all 3 SBs I'm in, though Klonoa's on hiatus. Should I publish my chapters here even if it's a fanfiction? Y'all tell me, I'm still unsure.
♦Animation.
-I've started sprite animating! Nothing major yet, but I know exactly what to start doig for tests. something along those lines: [spoiler]

Short, simple, yet I can twist around the duels to experiment with animating. Which is exactly what I'm lookin' for.
-In terms of things I actually watch, there' Youjo Senki

Which is about a guy reincarnated into a little girl at the time of WWI - except fantasy-like with magic bullets and such - to test his ability to survive. Thing is, dude's a total jerk, and we follow his story and how he manages to deal with the setting of that time.
It's... pretty darn cool. I especially like the way they handle the realism of the war and what it does to soldiers, the work on Tanya's numerous evil smiles and smirks (36 OF THEM COLLECTED SO FAAAAAAAAR) and the animation quality is top notch. It's also a short anime, so I definitely recommand it.
-And then there's Dragon Ball Super's second season, the Univeral Tournament thingy.

Now, I've been following Dragon Ball since its humble beginnings, so of course I HAD to keep on going when its author decided to finally write an actual sequel for it to replace a fiasco that happeend before that. Long story short, it's exciting, we're getting more lore on the DB universe's gods and how they work, and the fighting, one of the main aspects of the series but no, not the main one, unlike popular belief (this isn't DBZ, which ws definitely more about fighting than anything else), is... well... Pretty good.
