Besides Madame Prince, who else works at the school?

Quite a few people! There’s Emily Parsons, who seeks out inhumans in Midgard. There’s Adilus Bacom, the head of security and Scarlet’s great-great-great-lots-of-greats-uncle. There’s Kirsty Rodriguez, the Magizoology teacher, and her husband Tom, the cleaner. There’s Mrs. Trilby, the matron. There are a few more teachers, her they aren’t really important.

She sometimes helps them out with their homework and she runs really fun lessons.
I wrote down the names somewhere but I’ve lost it, so I’ll run through the main ones:
Scarlet’s best friends from the human world, Ebony and Jake, Violet Adams, Maruco’s twin sister Venetia, Visalotta Trilling, India and Savannah Pearl, Charlie and Alfie Knight, Esmeralda Holland, Miranda Something (can’t remember her last name), Aspen Farley, Alexandra Miller and Corvath Ashteryck.

Skipping a little far ahead, what do your protagonists do after the story ends?

Scarlet goes to stay at Maruco’s house for the summer holidays and they don’t really do that much because they think all the danger is gone. But then later they get a mysterious clue which I haven’t figured out what it will be yet. -
Oooh. I guess that means sequels, then! You said you don't know what that certain thing mentioned above is yet, but do you know what it'll indicate?

How long do the characters get to enjoy a fake sense of safety before they find this clue?

@Saen yes - it will indicate X was working for someone, and that someone is now out to get them. And yes, there will be sequels!
