I'm not sure! I'm guessing they'd be pretty close to it, since that would be concluding Saentiel's character arc? And things would get a lot more interesting if I decided to somehow tie him together with the group that did the experiments on Azazel - it wouldn't be the first time I have someone supernatural behind a seemingly human organization for furthering their own goals instead of the one that the organization says they have.
It does make sense! Azazel actually saw some headlines and articles/new stories that went into great depth about Quinn's robotic skills, and he decided to go seek her out. Quinn was out and about right at the same time, and, by chance, went down the alleyway that Azazel was in. Azazel ended up asking her for help. Which definitely surprised Quinn, but she's the type of person who wants to help others when she can. It also helped that he showed her some proof (still working on that bit) that he's a demon. Since Quinn's so good with robotics, she's able to fix him up from time to time.
(Fun fact! Quinn and Azazel kind of made a contract? Not like a soul stealing type, but Quinn offered her help in return for Azazel's company. Quinn was like "dude we don't have to do that". And he's like "but i want to!" because he really likes making contracts. And, as Saentiel and Quinn are both well aware of now, Azazel's is great at doing puppy eyes.)
