Neo. She has style, she raises the stakes when she's around, and her depiction is refreshingly consistent. She's the only antagonist that actually makes you fear for the heroes.
There are numerous videos on YouTube explaining all the reasons why others like her too, so I don't think I need to repeat them here. ;P
