I always ask, "am I dreaming?"

I've taken to wearing a bracelet to remind me to check. Whenever I see it, I ask the question.

I've been looking at my hands every time I think about whether I'm dreaming. Most of the time I have five fingers (4 and 1 thumb if you're picky) but a couple times it has worked and I've become lucid! In my dreams I always have more than five and my hands are distorted. This happens to most people.
