Can you make mine look like a lady from mid-18th century France? I'd like her to have a big curly white wig, a flouncy pink dress and a fan that has YWS on it. Sort of like my avatar...Please? If not I understand.

Basically, I want mine to look like me
Tan skin, wavy/curly dark hair (longer than mine is atm though, maybe mid-back length) and wearing some kind of dress. Oh, and glasses.
Also, the dragon wings. Don't forget the dragon wings. *preens* -
I would also like a dragon Have you ever seen the How To Train Your Dragon? If you have, then I want mine to look like the Hideous Zippleback. If you haven't seen it before, then just make mine a wolf with black streaks. If any of these things is too much, then its ok :3

Right. So. I should've done this way earlier, but I just now got to rereading my notes and realising how much stuff I'm expected to do xD
Just so we understand each other about a few things. A RAE can, as I had said before, have a monkey, human, cat and dragon form. That means, the RAE-ish form of each, which I have planned already, so different dragons (or cats or whatever) will basically look the same apart from colour and accessories.
However, I don't want to rob you of your imagination and fun, so here's the deal. Wolves, blobs, fluffy things, rabbits, "special" dragons/etc (meaning different from classic RAE-dragon/etc design) and all the other creatures will become available to those who have done a specific number of reviews since they joined till I put the RAEs up.
In short, if you've managed to make your RAE feel fabulous twice during that time, you can choose any kind of creature, but it will be drawn in RAE-style.
If you've managed to make your RAE fabulous more than three times, we can talk about making your RAE special-er (for example, by making your dragon look more like a specific kind you want, or your dog resembling some specific breed or whatever).
Oh, also. When I speak of this, there's a difference between your RAE being an animal or just having some animal-ish accessories. If you want a default RAE with wings or ears or whatever, that falls under human and it's perfectly fine regardless of which animal's parts you want. -
