Hey got a question here. If I don't have a single review of 1000+ characters, is is okay if I link two or three wick total to 150 points or so?

Nope, it has to be a 1000+ character review, that's the whole point It's really not hard to write, though - the critique sandwitch is the easiest way to go about it, and the most important thing to just always explain why you liked or disliked something in the work you're reviewing~
WAE is a possibility, same as SAE and ResAE ^^ I want to see how this goes before making us all too busy, though. -
I have a suggestion. There should be a way to help your friends out. Like, say if you do a review and you post a link to it on someone else's topic then they can take the length of that review off of what they need for their next review.
So if I did a review that was 300 character long and I posted it on your topic, then your next review would have to be a minimum length of 700 characters instead of the normal 1000. Then the next week it would return to a minimum length of 1000 characters, even if you didn't take advantage of my help.
That way you can either just help a friend, or (if you did a review of 1000 characters) completely take care of their RAE for them for that week. Or, if they've already taken care of their RAE, you can make it feel fabulous.
I think that would be a lot of fun. It would make the RAE project feel more like a team effort.

Just that I customise it..send it to you for approval and once approved it becomes my new RAE.... Also how much time before should I notify you if I want my RAE to go into hibernation/aestivation...??

^RAEs can go into hibernation? I suppose that makes sense-weeklong vacation without internet shouldn't mean RAEs get sick...

I'm thinking that (maybe long-term goal) for RAE manifestations, some type of GIF of your RAE could be somewhere attached to your profile.

Attaching anything to profiles (like badges or alike) takes some coding and time, and it's a thing only Nate can do. Hence so far, you'll be seeing RAEs in your threads. You're free to post the pics of it on your wall or something if you wish, though.
As for hibernation, it's cool whenever you notify me, you can just leave a note of it in your thread. It doesn't have to be much in advance, as long as it's before I put up the pictures. Which I'll be doing every Sunday or Monday for the week before.
ERZA - Generally I'm the only one making the RAEs.. but I think I will include a "personalise your RAE yourself" award for all of you people who keep feeding them while I'm not here to post pics. So, say, if you've made your RAE feel fabulous three weeks in a row, it opens up that possibility.
As for borrowing reviews to friends.. I'll think about it. I don't think it will quite work like that, but there are things I have in mind for making it all more of a team effort for those who want to play like that :3
