   Welcome to Camp YWS!
   
   Right now we have a couple questions that we can discuss to not only get to know each other, but to customize our cabins.
   
   The big one today is this.
   Do you want to keep Sycamore as our cabin name?
   
   As for some small things, we have some games we can play.
   The choices aren't limited, but here are a couple that we can set up quickly and either finish tomorrow, or tonight.

   Helpful Hints: Feel free to make this as long or as short as you want. You can complete the sentence, make it your own paragraph, or even rephrase it.

   
   
   Shoes Game
   

   Spoiler

   The name of the game would be guessing shoes of users.
   
   Send images of your shoes to either myself or megsug and we'll put them up somewhere numbered so we can guess whose shoes are whose.

   
   
   Guess Who
   

   Spoiler

   Just like the shoe game, we can all send in pictures of ourselves that we've drawn and guess who is who. This could be as abstract or realistic as we wanted. It would just depend on what you find to represent yourself. If you're not a well known face on YWS, you could even use a real picture of yourself.
   
   Submit pictures of yourself to a cabin mod to be posted in a forum and guessed at.

   
   
   Combination

   We could also do a combination of the three. Some of us could write bio poems, take pictures of our shoes, or "draw ourselves" and we'd toss them all up together to guess not only who did what, but whose is whose.
   
   You would not be allowed to submit multiple things, it's one of the three, not all of the three.
   
   The usernames on the BioPoems would be removed for the sake of guessing.

   I like the BioPoems...
   But for those who can't draw if their life depended on it...
   
   And I'll be honest. I think we can be more creative then Sycamore. Maybe based around our cabin's goal for the week?

   If so we can totally go with doing the Bio Poems! I was rooting for that one secretly anyway.

   Bio poems sounds good! I also like the Guess Who game, though.XD Since this is a writers' site, bio poems would be more appropriate, so unless we can have both I'll stick with supporting that option.
   
   And we can't less FatCowsSis have all the opinions, can we?

   If you want to do the guess who game then send me a picture via PM and I'll set it up to guess tomorrow when you log on.
   
   If you want to do the Bio Poems, I'll set up a thread for that as well so you can do that at your leisure and post them up.
   
   What do you guys think about changing our name? What would you change it to?

   I agree with a name change. How about... *clears throat* wait for it... "The Unsinkable Titanium Hot Dogs."
   
   Because why not.

   And Titanium Hot Dogs isn't something I'd recommend, exactly....
   
   My brain is on shut down mode. I wanna read my book (realyreally bad), just got off work, and am tired. So brain went blekh. I'll try to be more helpful in the morning.

   I like the name Sycamore! I think it sounds homey and nice. Also, I think it's a camp name, since it's a tree.
   
   As for the games, I think that Bio Poem is a great one! It's fun and we get to know more about each other, a real campfire game. xD
   
   I also like the shoe pictures idea, and I feel we could incorporate that in other things like, after the poem game everybody gives a picture of what represents them, and we have to guess who's "item" represents who?
   
   and yay I'm so excited!

    I honestly do like Sycamore because it feels like a true cabin name, but perhaps we could spice it up? At my summer camp I go to, there are twelve cabins (I swear it's not Camp Half-Blood) with names like "Redwood," or "Overhill" or "Lakeside". Fairly typical, kind of woodsy, very camp-like.
