Right now you are sitting in the audience in the Capitol. Waiting for Caeser to get on stage to grill the tributes for their reviewing secrets. Finally, a young girl dressed in a suit walks up and sits in Caeser's seat...
"Well, hello everybody! I'm going to be the interviewer today!" she flashes a smile to you, and waves.

A boy dressed in a red t-shirt walks up to the stage, he seems to be dragging a tiger of some sorts. His blond hair is spiked up and he has a devilish grin on his face...
Who is he?
Raven: Hello, timmyjake! I'm RavenMoonStone and I am here to interview you!
Timmy: No way! Why would you be doing that? hehe.
Raven: Well, whoever in the contest gets 5 or more reviews gets interviewed by me! So, now I get to ask you boring questions. Was it hard to finish all those reviews in time?
Timmy: I wrote reviews? New one on me. Anywho, those reviews... If I could remember, then I think they would be very stressful and difficult to get them in on time. But they're fun to write and I enjoy doing them.
Raven: Do you have a set time everyday to review?
Timmy: I review early on in the morning - from about, uh, 6:00 to 7 or so, when my eyes have to be propped open by hickory sticks - only hickory. Ash wont work at all.
Raven: So I see. XD Are you following any novels? Or do you review any random works in the Green Room?
Timmy: I never review random works. It gives me the jitters to even think about it. All that randomness. No, I follow novels - so many, I think I have completely forgot some... perhaps the authors will get around to killing me someday.
[]bRaven: I hope they don't kill you! We need more reviewers like you! However I might be one of the authors that kills you. So, watch out.
Timmy: So you say. I believe I am reviewing your novel, so you may be getting in line.
Raven: How long are your reviews on average?
Timmy: On average? My average review is about 3800 characters or so... depending on the work and the nitpicks the pieces need. But, yeah, it also depends on how much coffee I have had in the past thirty-seven minutes.
Raven: Probably off topic, but what's the best coffee to keep you awake?
Timmy: The stuff that keeps you awake is the stuff that keeps you awake. YES. Actually, the way to test coffee is when you can put your fork in it and the fork stands up straight - then its ready.
Raven: Alrightie! Anything else do you want to add?
Timmy: I usually add cream, but no sugar.
Raven: Wow, no sugar? *shakes head* Well I have to finish up this interview! Anything you would like to add about reviewing?
Timmy: Ohhhh... Well, you might have said so. Reviewing is hard work, but its the kind of work I enjoy and look forward to. Start reviewing - just pick a piece you like and start reviewing it. And then find your niche, the number of reviews you can do per week, per month - whatever. That way its easier to find a consistency and habit to your reviewing. Uh, yeah.
Raven: So, thank you for agreeing to be interviewed by me and I hope you stay in the contest! -
Timmy walks off the stage, still dragging the stuffed animal. Just before he was able to walk to the back, a girl stopped him.
She is dressed in a blue dress, with accents of yellow all over it. For some reason she reminds you of Dory from Finding Nemo. She sorta pushes Tim to the side and walks around him. Then, she takes a seat next to this so called, "Raven."
Raven: Hello! I shall be interviewing you today! I'm RavenMoonStone and you're ThereseCricket.I hope.
No. I'm her twin brother Philmore. Hope you don't mind the switch.
Raven: Anyone who gets 5 or more reviews in the contest gets interviewed by me! So... how was reviewing? Was it hard?
Therese: Nah, not really. I'm accustomed to doing at least one review a day, so it wasn't that difficult for me to get them in on time. Ocasionally of course, there was the time when I'd get distracted with something else, but I'd usually always manage to write that one review.
Raven: What is your reviewing style? Do you tend to go for grammar, characters, plot?
Therese: Usually I try to make it an even balance of all three. I like to start it off with comments on plot, characters and certain things that don't make much sense to me, then I do grammar and strangely phrased sentences and the like, and then tie it off with a conclusion of what were my thoughts of the work in general. I like to structure most of my reviews that way, it seems. xD
Raven: Are you a part of any other reviewing contests?
Therese: Yeah, I was forced into around four I think. I think that was your doing actually Raven. One by Contest, and then two or three others, that were like mini-review days.
Raven: Forced? I never forced- nevermind. Is doing all of this stressful? Is getting your thoughts across in reviews hard?
Therese: Hmm, I certainly remembering being forced. You were soo cruel towards me. But no, I don't think doing all this is stressful. I can usually get a review out in about half hour, but it really depends on what type of mood I am.
Raven: Are you following any novels? Or do you review random works in the Green Room? Even better, is it a mix of both?
Therese: Well that's a hard one actually. I like following novels most of the time, as it keeps me focused on reviewing, but I do like going through works in the Green Room periodically to see if there's anything good. I would think that I do a Green Room review about once a week, and then the rest would be me following novels. I believe I'm following around four or five right now but I'm not certain. There could be one more. xD
Raven: How long are your reviews? Do they vary on the sort of piece, or are they generally the same amount of characters?
Therese: They are usually around 2700 to 3500 characters, but sometimes longer or shorter on the occasion. Just depends on how good the work is or how long it takes for me to get my thoughts across in a constucted manner.
Raven: Do you drink anything to keep you awake during reviews? Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate?
Therese: Uh, really Raven? Do you have to ask me that? I drink coffee while I review, as tea should be abolished and outlawed.
Raven: Is lots of coding used in your reviews?
Therese: That also just depends on the review. I've done a 6000 character review that was mostly nitpicks done in code, and then I've done a 4000 character review that was mainly just talking about characters and things that didn't make much sense, with very little code intermixed. So yeah... just the review I think.
Raven: Anything else that you would like to add?
Therese:Yeah, the only reason I consented to this contest is because you made me.
Not much else really. Other than what I just said in the line above, that I wisely put in the slice through code, as to avoid getting in trouble with you.
Raven: I never made you do anything... I don't think. I don't remember. Well, I have to wrap this interview up! Thank you for joining and I hope you stay in the contest!

Therese leaves the stage, and a someone else walks on. The person looks fairly bookish, with a pencil in her hair, and a picture of a book on the backpack she is carrying. With her blonde hair in two braids...
She sat down next to Raven and they high-fived. Looks like those two are friends...
Raven: Hello! I am RavenMoonStone reporting live from The Capitol! I am here interviewing our tribute... Thewriter13! She is a very brave person from the lowly district of 13. Being the only writer there she traveled all the way here for the reviewing contest! Now, as you all know... in order to be interviewed by me you have to complete 5 reviews! Well, she got them done just in time (or as she says, "I got them done fairly early in the week.")
Raven: So, Writer, was getting those reviews done hard?
Well, I have limited access to YWS, so I had trouble deciding when I would write the reviews. I managed to get three done in one day (woot!) but the other two were harder to complete. I was able to get them done, however.
Raven: Do you set a time each day/week to review? Or is it whenever you have time?
It's pretty much whenever I have time. I never know when I'm able to get on, but when I have the chance, I try to get in as many reviews as I can. That's why I like this contest, because it motivates me to get even more in. ^^
Raven: Well, it's good that you got time, then! Do you hope to get 5 reviews every week, or was this a surprise?
It is good that I have time!
I do hope to get 5 done, as I am trying to get my 5th star soon. I have about 60 more reviews to go, but 5 a week or more will help me reach that goal. It was a little surprising, as I procrastinate a LOT. I had trouble continuing the Mini Review Day, but hopefully this well get me back on track.
Raven:This better get you reviewing.Are you following any novels, or anyone's works? Is it random things in the Green Room, stuff in the Literary Spotlight?
Well, I am actually following a few novels, I just haven't had time to review them. I am following Syrin by Wolfare1, as I adopted it. A lot of the reviews are requests, some are random, like you said, in the Green Room. I try to do Spotlight reviews, but a lot of the time there are already super awesome reviews for those works. I try to spread it around.
Raven: How long are your reviews on average? Does it depend on the piece?
My reviews usually earn 150 points, so I say medium. I'm not sure character wise, because I rarely pay attention to that. It actually does depend on the piece, because if I can find more things to suggest and point out, it will definitely be a longer review. If the piece is really good and I can really only find praise, the review will be shorter.
Raven: You said you "adopted a novel" how does that work exactly? Is there a club for that?
Yes, there is! There is a really great club called "Adopt a Novel" which is run by @Aley. You can put your novels up for adoption, adopt other members' novels, and you can keep track of how many chapters you have reviewed for that novel. Take a look, there are lots of novels waiting to have lovely parents I really like the club, and I have put my novel up for adoption there.
Raven: Do you drink coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, or anything else while reviewing?
That's a very important quesion, I'm glad you asked. I usually drink water, but in December you will find me drinking hot chocolate. I don't like coffee at all. XD
Raven: What's your reviewing style? Grammar, plot, characters, structure?
Well, I like to focus on grammar just because I, when going over my work, usually miss a lot of my grammar mistakes, and I always appreciate people pointing them out to me. I guess I'm more confident at reviewing grammer. When it comes to poetry, I talk about everything. I will talk about characters and plot sometimes in novels, but I don't always feel comfortable reviewing that. For what reason, I'm not sure. I'm a Grammar Nazi, shhh.
Raven: Is reviewing stressful for you? Or is it generally easy?
I think when I have limited time, it becomes a little stressful. I don't want to rush reviews, but I do need to get them done, because I don't know when I can review again. Other times, when I have more time, it becomes easier. I don't really feel stress when reviewing. Surprisingly, I feel more relaxed when helping other people, making suggestions, pointing out things, etc.
Raven: Do you use a lot of coding in your reviews?
I used to use coding a LOT when I first learned how to use it on here. However, I only use coding for "quotes" now and that's about it. I think it takes longer to write the review when you put in more coding, but if I need to, I will use more coding.
Raven: I got to wrap this up! Anything else you would like to add?

Raven: Hello, ancientforever! I'm RavenMoonStone here on behalf of The Capital! I review anyone who has gotten more than five reviews... and look at that... you have gotten more than five reviews!
Raven: Was it hard to get those reviews in?
Ancient: It was in the beginning, because I had to motivate myself a lot, but once I got on a roll, it was easier.
Raven: Do you have a set time each day to review? Or is just when you feel like it?
Ancient: It's really just when I feel like it. I have a hectic schedule, so I can't really set a time for everything to be done without knowing exactly what's going on that day ahead of time.
Raven: Yeah, schedules are sometimes hectic! Do you follow any novels? Or is it just random works in the Green Room?
Ancient: Mostly it's random works or requests that I get in my WRFF thread; a lot of the time, when I try to follow a novel, I get distracted or forget about it halfway through, especially if they update super-quickly. If I did start following a novel, it would probably be only the one.
Raven: I follow... two to three. It's hard. >.< How long are your reviews most of the time? Do they vary on the piece?
Ancient: Honestly, they do vary depending on the piece and the content of the piece itself, as well as whether I can find anything "easy" to critique about it. Whether it's easy or not, I find something to critique, though, and all of my reviews at least make it past the 1000-character mark.
Raven: This sorta started when I reviewed timmyjake, however, do you drink coffee or tea while reviewing?
Ancient: I don't, unless it's late at night or early in the morning. Even then, you're more likely to find me with a glass of ice water and a Toaster Strudel or something; I don't make tea a lot (but I do love it), and I'm not a huge fan of coffee.
Raven: Wow. Watch out for ThereseCricket and timmyjake, then. Do you have any reviewing tips?
Ancient: Honestly, a lot of it depends on the writer, the individual piece and the reviewer's mindset. I can take two pieces, same length, same subject material, different writers, and review them completely differently, because the writers are going to make different mistakes or have different trouble spots. I could take one writer across two or three pieces and not point out the same thing every time, especially if those pieces are across genres or forms (e.g., poetry to novel, or article to lyrics). So if I had any reviewing tips, it would have to be "make your reviews unique to the piece". Form reviews don't do anything for the work, because they don't give the writer specific things to work on.
Raven: Do you tend to use a lot of coding in your reviews?
Ancient: Not much. If I'm quoting from the piece, especially if it's a quote that's longer than a line, of course I'm going to use a quote tag; alternatively, if I really want that emphasis on a word, yes, I'll do bold or italics. Other than that—and I use those fairly sparingly—I don't really use a lot of code. It's just not my way.
Raven: Are you in any other reviewing contests currently?
Ancient:No, not really. I tend to keep most of it to Review Day, but I do try to do some reviewing in-between to keep myself in the habit. Other than that, I don't do contests, really, period.
Raven: Okay! Well, I have to wrap this up! Anything else would you like to add?
Ancient: I'm glad for this contest, and it's at least keeping me reviewing, so there's that. It's been nice being interviewed, thank you!

Everyone knows Deanie, she is the most respected contest creator of all time. You must have seen her on hundreds of talk shows sitting next to... THAT'S WHO RAVEN IS. You almost want to jump out of your seat, but you manage to keep calm.
Deanie was dressed in a simple black dress, wearing a colourful sash. Her hair was up in a very nice bun. The makeup she was was simple, not too much eyeshadow. In fact, it complimented sash.
Raven: Hello! I am RavenMoonStone and today I am interviewing Deanie! She is one of the co-creators of this contest... so yeah. Now, I've said this in almost every interview... but: You can get interviewed if you have done 5 or more reviews each week for our contest! We're both sitting in the best seats in the Capitol and I must say, I feel bad for Caesar! He's usually the one up here!
Raven:All that aside, Deanie, was it hard to complete all those reviews?
Deanie: Yes and no. Some days, all I want to do is reviewso I can avoid my homework,and then some days I struggle to do just one.
Raven: Do you set a time each day to review? Or is it just when you feel like it/have time?
Deanie: I don't really set a time, but I try and do two reviews a day. Either as a break between big homework assignments or when I have finished what I need to do for the day.
Raven: Do you follow anyone's novels or anybody's works? Is it just random works in the Green Room?
Deanie: Yes! I try to follow novels all the way through, and right now I am sticking with the few I have, which means I don't visit the Green Room too often anymore
Raven: Maybe there should be a treat for getting Green Room reviews! How long are your reviews on average? Does it depend on the piece?
Deanie: It definitely depends on the piece, and often how good it is! I try to make the reviews longer than 1500 characters at a bare minimum, but I think my average is nearer 2500.
Raven: Do you drink anything like coffee or tea to keep you awake during reviews?

Raven: What's your reviewing style? Do you like to focus on grammar? Or is it plot and characters?
Deanie: I will comment on a little bit of everything. Nitpicks that stand out or things that don't flow well are picked out. But after correcting those I try to comment on plot and character, those sort of things. It's also helpful to do that if you've been following the novel, so that with the previous story in your mind you can make better judgements than those who hop in
Raven: Is reviewing stressful for you? Is it easy? Or is it a mix of both?
Deanie: Not stressful, because if I keep at it daily my list never grows too long. If it lost the fun and became stressful I doubt I would stay motivated enough to do it.
Raven: Also, do you use a lot of coding in your reviews? If so, what are your favourite codes?
Deanie: Not really xD I am terrible at coding! Usually there are tons of smileys and a lot ofthis codingwhich is basically the only one I use, and love a lot.
