I had this idea ages ago, but I could never concentrate on developing it. Then I thought, maybe getting a partner to write it with and remind me of it would help.
I like this idea too much to let it go.
Short overview:
Okay, think about an X-men and Kingsman: The Secret Service cross. Only, instead of mutants, we have psychos or the -maniacs (pyromaniacs, megalomaniacs, GRAPHOMANIACS, etc..) who live under one crazy roof and they are genetically enhanced so their mental health could be monitored/stabilized for a period of time. They are also spies and mercenaries. I'm not really sure if this is a serious action or more of a action-comedy work. :/
What kind of writing partner are you looking for? Someone to co-write, beta-read, brainstorm with, nag you to keep writing, etc...

How much of a commitment will this project involve?
Depends if it turns out well.
Do you have plans regarding posting it on YWS?
Oh yes, to see the audience impact. Maybe even make a screen play of it and submit it to a studio or something like that.
