- I believe female artists make better music than male artists. Their music feels so much more intentional and thought out and it goes beyond sonic worlds.
- “(fill in genre) isn’t real music” is an incredibly reductive and harmful statement. All music is art! You can have an opinion on whether or not you like it, but don’t discredit it for being an art form. Someone out there enjoys it.
- Old music vs new music is also a very tired out discussion and if you say you only listen to one or the other, I am so sorry for your loss because both are equally good!

- Always listening only one genre is nonsense. You can listen to anything that fits your mood right now or anything you want to listen at the moment.
- You have right to don´t like some genre or artists, but you don´t have to hate people who like them. I, for example hate k-pop, but I still take it as a music genre with lot of talented artists and fans - I personally just really dislike it and never listen to it.
- There is good old music and there is good new music. I personally always go with old one, but that´s just me.
- Music taste is a personal thing which changes. There are songs we love for our whole life, there are some we like only for some time, there are these we hated at first and fell in love wit them few months/years ago.
- Movie soundtracks count as part of your music taste.
- Taylor Swift is a bit overreplayed
- Slovak rap isn´t good (as person from Slovakia I really stand behind this)
- Duolingo´s original productions are actually pretty good
