   So the Grammys are today. There was a livestream planned, but the plans have changed due to the fact that it's Sunday night and I totally forgot that they were today.
   
   So anything Grammy related will be posted here.

   Let me start out by saying Of course Adele won,
   
   I'm conflicted about Cage the Elephant winning. They're a quality band...but TMIP was quite clearly their worst album. The other big problem was...who the hell are they even competing against? Weezer, Panic! at the Disco, Blink-182, and Gojira. Weezer and Blink, by the way, had put out quality albums (Which for Weezer, is surprising considering their track record). It's like the Grammy committee's definition of rock music ends at the mid-2000s.

   For some reason I never got my hands on the new Blink-182 album. All the singles off it were great though. I think most of the rock albums I've been listening to at the moment have been British (eg Biffy Clyro and Twin Atlantic, who're tied for my favourite album of last year).
   
   Also Adele's lovely Like, she's just a lovely person. I want nice things to happen to her

   I didn't touch the Blink 182 album, though the Weezer album was definitely quality and I was kind of hoping for it to win, and I'm not -too- happy about Cage the Elephant winning the Grammy. Bowie deserved the alternative album pick and I was pretty sure he was going to be the one to win it, though I'm not one way or the other about Adele.
