What artists have you found recently that you want to share with the world as a whole, but you could still be one-upped by hipsters saying they were there first?

I just discovered Wintergatan last night, and I am utterly in love with their music. I'm not normally up for much describing itself as "folk" (baaaad memories) but wow, I'm really into it. The way their music evokes emotion is gorgeous.
Mine is really lame, so what about you guys?

Recently I found a band called Macha, who blends post-rock/post-punk with East Asian folk music. The band would get a pass for the sheer novelty alone, but the fact that they pull it off so well makes it one of my favorite bands at the moment.

I've recently been getting into Foals. I found them when searching for like, a rock band with intelligent enough lyrics that I could jam out to and sing along with that I didn't hate. I didn't find a lot that fit that criteria, but Foals sure did!

(^also the video is really cool on this one in that it was taken with a spherical GoPro so you can like, move the camera around kinda. It's worth watching just for that. It's pretty neat.) -
I just started listening to Jordana! I found their style similiar to TV Girl.
