So, we've had 2 other threads dedicated to this topic, and I'm doing it again because 1) We're at the end of the year already, 2) There is no second reason, and 3) I'm not creative enough to think of other topics.
So it seems like we've had a pretty strong year so far; We've had releases from Bjork, Vince Staples, Death Grips, Father John Misty, FKA Twigs, Sufjan Stevens, Tame Impala, Neon Indian, Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, 2 albums from Beach House, Earl Sweatshirt, Everything Everything, etc. etc.
Plus, we have the debut albums of Viet Cong, Cournety Barnett (who was recently nominated for a Grammy), Jamie XX (if we don't count his Gil-Scott Heron remix album), Pinkshinyultrablast, Algiers, and more.
So, how was 2015 for y'all? Was there anything that you really liked? Anything that you felt was overlooked and really wanted to bring attention to? How about something you found that wasn't really hyped up in your circles, but absolutely loved?
How about disappointments? Anything that you felt didn't live up to the hype? Anything that you just found downright awful?

2015 was wonderful, really. I finally got comfortable with Death Grips, Titus Andronicus, and other bands. It was a great year for folk with artists like Sufjan Stevens and Joanna Newsom. Courtney Barnett, Screaming Female, Eagles of Death Metals made enjoyable rock albums. Jeff Rosenstock and Modern Baseball made projects I loved, and FIDLAR/Wavves/Thee Oh Sees didn't disappoint.

Okay, so I think it's pretty obvious by now that I really enjoyed Title Fight's new Hyperview album despite some people getting all butthurt about it since it was quite different from the other stuff the band put out. I really like the sound, though, and I hope they roll with it.
Citizen's also another band that had a sound change this year with Everybody Is Going To Heaven, but I'm happy the album was better received since it was pretty dope in my opinion.
And, uh, Teen Suicide's new album is kind of weird? But I kind of dig it? I don't know.
Lastly, I discovered bands Foreign Tongues and It Looks Sad. through a new friend of mine. They've both got a chill sound that I depended on through Hell Week (or finals week) and on those bad days. They both don't have a huge following yet, which I think they should.
Oh, and my homegirl Adele. 'nuf said.
