The Animals Society will be having monthly contests hosted by it's members. If you would like to host an official club contest this is the place to sign up!
There are only a few requirements...
-All contests must have something to do with 1) writing, 2), animals, or 3) both.
-The contest must be up within the first week of the month.
-The contest's deadline must be within the last week of the month.
-The results of the contest must be announced within two weeks of the deadline.
Outside of that, you're free to do whatever you want!

Brief Description of Contest: Contestants will write a short story about an animal- but they will not select the animal themselves. I will. *Evil chuckle.* More information will, of course, follow.
Prizes:
1st Place- 300 pts; 3 reviews
2nd Place- 200 pts; 2 reviews
3rd Place- 100 pts; 1 review -
Actually, I think it would be best if I could make it another poetry contest. Everything else will remain the same.

You could do it as a poetry contest, but I think most of the people on here aren't poets. So you might get more interest in a short story contest (or flashfiction). But it's up to you, if you wanna make it poetry.
