    Add in a random new character, or have something happen that makes your characters make choices and react..

    Just get something in. It doesn't have to make sense or be great-there's always editing. Just get something in. What I did when I got stuck was read over my previous chapters and see if there was a small detail I dropped anywhere that I could turn into a plot point, like a girl at the dressmaker's place mentioning the queen's birthday. Look for things like that.
