Yo.
Spoiler
Anolk wasn't sure how he could describe what he felt when he entered inside of the Veloswift Glyph.
It was as if he was carried by an unstoppable current of wind and water, both in front and behind him, on his right and on his left. His Beam Gnome suddenly felt much heavier than it should have been, and he had trouble holding it straight.
But the worse was to come.
When the Dalvyon's beam collided with Anolk's weapon, he felt like a gigantic rock was pressing against his arms, and even though Shirlu's Gelatine Screen had heavily softened the blow, Anolk had to push with all his might to ensure that the laser wouldn't get the best of him. And although the exchange only lasted a few seconds, it felt like Anolk was pushing the beam back for days until finally, he prevailed, passing through the Dalvyon's head with his weapon still in hand.
“Headache!”
Shirlu's shout was followed by a swift movement from his glowing blades. Then, him and Anolk finally came out of the Veloswift Glyph's space and landed on top of the Blade Tower, shaken, but very much alive. Gazing back, Anolk realized that the Dalvyon's body was falling back into the water, its severed head falling several meters away from its serpentine body.
“So, Anolk!” Shirlu exclaimed, sheathing his blades back into their scabbards. “Any comments on that first trip through one of my Glyphs? Pretty darn cool, am I right?”
“…Veloswift Shield Bash.” Anolk whispered.
“Wha… What?”
Anolk turned towards Shirlu, a radiant smile on the face. “Veloswift Shield Bash!” he repeated. “That's the name of the technique we used to beat the Dalvyon!”
Shirlu raised an eyebrow. “Isn't that a bit too… mouthful? I'd really like to go for something simpler.”
Anolk rolled his eyes. “That's probably 'cause you have zero creativity with these names. I mean, Headache? Seriously?”
Shirlu shrugged. “Eh. I like makin' them sound innocent compared to what they can actually do. But since you added Veloswift in my honor, I guess I'll let it pass.”
“Thanks! And uh… Where do we go from here?” Anolk couldn't help but ask, gazing around him. They were stuck in an opened platform, with a very enjoyable view of the flooded Blade Isle, and a little construction with a metallic door behind them. And before Shirlu could give a proper answer, said metallic door bust opened, and a squad of armored knights came out, swords in hand.
“And here comes the crew!” Shirlu exclaimed upon seeing the warriors walking towards them. “A bit late, but we don't blame ya guys!”
Anolk approached them, an engaging smile on his face. “Hello! I'm Anolk.” he introduced himself. “don't worry about the Dalvyon, we managed to defeat it. Is there anything else we can do to he–”
One of the warriors suddenly lunged forward and struck Anolk with the pommel of his sword, knocking him out in the process.
The last thing Anolk heard before falling unconscious was Shirlu unsheathing his blade while shouting at the attacker.

“Court is now in session!”
Two knocks on a desk followed the sentence, finally awaking a slumbering Anolk.
“As you are no doubt aware, a number of disasters have been caused in our fair Blade Isle. Someone has been senselessly attacking our warriors, defacing our habitations with a blade of unknown fabrication, and plunging our peaceful residents beneath a veil of terror.”
Anolk gazed around him. The entire place was dark, save for the sole structure Anolk could see in front of him, which was enlightened by a single light bulb high above him. There was a high desk in front of him, a cloaked figure above it, and on its right and left, several people. Anolk identified one of them as the speaker.“The accused is being charged of being the appropriately nicknamed 'Armed Inflator', for a favorite crime of his was to inflate the bodies of our poor citizens until they could barely move, so that he would continue running rampant. Therefore, this criminal endangered our very ways of life.”
Anolk wiggled around. Looking down, he realized that he was sitting on some sort of wooden desk.
Chained.“And worst of all? The Inflator decided to trespass our sacred Blade Tower and open the gate leading to the Abyss Plains and lead a feral Dalvyon inside our Isle, thus letting it fall into a horrifying crisis. How, you ask? By using this artifact of destruction!”
Anolk's eyes widened when the speaking knight put a hand to his pocket and pulled out a golden ring decorated with a green gem.
“My Wind Ring!” Anolk couldn't help but shout, now fully awake.
“Quiet, villain!” another knight exclaimed, joining his words with a knock of his sword on the ground. “You may speak only when you are allowed to! Be grateful that we didn't behead you on the spot!”“As I was saying,” the speaking knight continued, “We now have material proof that the accused might, in fact, be this Inflator that has been roaming around our Isle for several days now. And if that wasn't enough, behold this sketch of the perpetrator based on eyewitness descriptions.”The knight showed a drawing that seemed to represent Anolk's face and bust. His hat, large ears, shirt with a large zipper pin. But to his surprise, the dog-like collar he sometimes wore around his neck was also represented, but with spikes, and his entire attire was gray-colored.
Anolk frowned. He was certain he had seen this before.
“The truth is obvious.” the knight concluded, pointing at Anolk. The guilty party sits among us, and it is none other than the so-called Anolk!”
“Is he finished? Can I finally make my objection now?”Upon hearing the familiar voice, Anolk gazed on his right. There was Shirlu, arms crossed, visibly impatient to talk. His mantle/dress attire was cut in several parts, as if he had recently fought before coming here – wherever here was.
