So, when we post a sentence, are there any time-based restrictions, like only posting a sentence a day or something?

No, I don't see any reason to limit the amount of sentences you share each day. Post as many as you'd like, and if it gets to be too many and for some reason we have to change it, then we'll figure it out then. Not that there should ever be a problem with it.

And anyone can post a sentence?? Even if it's like ... a random quote I want to incorporate into one of my writings?

Welcome to the club! It's always nice to see a new face! To answer your question: Mass Sentence Week is a club event where during that whole week, from Saturday to Saturday, all the posts have to be written based off of a certain theme given for that week. It's often quite fun.
