   I'm actually struggling to find a method of picking teams that's fair for all parties. Right now I was just trying to keep the number of GMs and JMs even on both sides (each team currently having one GM and three JMs). I am still quite new to administrating a club, so I would appreciate ideas. c:
   
   Do you think it would be most fair for me to see how many stars a person has, and try to keep review teams even like that? Or just chance, by the order in which they join? Or do you have another idea I could try?

   Wait for an even number to join then use the online randomizer to split them?

   @ShadowVyper : Well, I think whatever team has me is at an unfair advantage, so not sure if there's a decent solution.

   But I feel that Hannah is also a huge advantage, and she is in Team A.
   
   Though you made me start thinking of the potential of unfair teams. So I'm going to start trying to keep teams even, by judging from the number of stars that each member has. Does that sound more fair?

    So I guess we're supposed to come up with a team name...
    
    We could try playing off the word cycle, maybe, because of the reviewing cycles.
    
    Cyclones, or something?
    
    Blizzard Cyclones, because we are Team B? I'm not very good at this.
