hello, i'm yellow!
joined squills: i used to be apart of the staff way back when, but as i have been active on the site a lot recently, i decided to rejoin!
what's my position?: community reporter!
why did i join?: i've shared several times on the site that i have a big passion for journalism. it's by far my favorite kind of writing and being apart of this staff gives me a chance to write even more!
what do i like to write?: anything within the journalism field, of course, but also poetry. in regards to journalistic writing, i love anything from news, to features/spotlights, to columns. i thoroughly getting the chance to learn new things through writing news stories, meet new people from working with spotlights and sharing my opinions through columns.
a little bit about me!: i will be attending college to study music education and hopefully maintain one of my many jobs at my town's local newspaper while also writing for my university's paper. outside of my passions, i also love running, hiking, ice skating and naps! oh . . . i also really like the color yellow.
