Finders: Your job is to find new members that need welcoming and gather info on them on their about page that would help with welcoming. (common interests etc.) You then report back to your two welcoming buddies with that info.

Welcomers: You will be partnered with another welcomer and a finder. You do the welcoming based on info about members. Split the welcoming between the two of you and make it fair. Put helpful links, don't just say welcome. Make conversation and remember to respond! This is the hardest job by far so be ready ^^

Chatters: You chat up members you've never seen before and make them feel welcomed. Don't tell them this is your job, just talk. This is for good talkers and people who like to chat. They may feel uncomfortable at first, warning
