Well maybe you could find someone that doesn't have school now and then you guys could rotate in cycles and the like.

That would be smart. Maybe some one who is home schooled or something that doesn't have homework (well, they have to work at home, but...)and school (as in, they're are gone from home for the majority of the day) to take up their day might be a good candidate.
